Artwork & Files
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) at actual print size are ideal. High-res PNG or PSD works too (300 DPI minimum). If you're not sure, send what you have — we'll review and let you know if we need adjustments.
Yes. We offer design consulting and can connect you with trusted designers. We'll help you think through art direction, colorways, and garment selection so your merch turns out exactly how you want it.
Screen printing works best with solid colors and simple gradients. For photographs, we can halftone the image, but results depend on the design. Send us your file and we'll let you know what's possible.
Screen Printing
Water-based inks soak into the fabric for a soft, breathable hand feel. Plastisol sits on top and feels thicker. We only use water-based inks — they look better, feel better, and age beautifully. No shortcuts.
Up to 6 colors per location. Each color is a separate screen. Dark garments require an additional white underbase (counts as +1 color).
Standard: Up to 15"×18" — great for most designs.
Jumbo: Up to 17"×23" — covers nearly the entire front or back. Perfect for oversized graphics and poster-style prints. Most shops cap at 15"×18", so we're one of the few in the Midwest offering true jumbo prints at production scale.

We can source garments for you (most common) or print on garments you provide. If you're supplying, make sure they're 100% cotton or cotton-blend and pre-washed. Send us details before ordering so we can confirm they'll work for water-based printing.
Nope. Screens are kept on file. Reorders of the same design have no setup fees — just printing and garment costs.
Embroidery
Digitizing converts your artwork into a stitch file for embroidery. It's a one-time fee per design:
- Hat / Left Chest: $30
- Full Front: $85
- Full Back: $150
Hat / Left Chest: Up to 8,000 stitches
Full Front: 8,000–15,000 stitches
Full Back: 15,000–30,000 stitches
Most logos fall well within these limits. If your design is larger, we'll let you know and provide a custom quote.

Embroidery works best on sturdy fabrics like cotton twill (hats), polos, fleece, and canvas. Lightweight or stretchy fabrics (like jersey tees) can be tricky. If you're unsure, let us know what you're working with — we'll advise on what's possible.
Pricing & Payment
It depends on quantity, colors, print size, and garment type. Our pricing page has full rate sheets. For a quick ballpark, use the online estimator on the homepage.
We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and checks. A 50% deposit is required to start production, with the remaining balance due before shipping or pickup.
Our pricing already scales with quantity — the more you order, the lower the per-piece cost. For nonprofits or very large runs (1,000+), reach out and we'll see what we can do.
