Pricing above is for standard tees. Fleece/sweater printing requires additional time and materials — add approximately $3.50 / piece for crewnecks and hoodies. Smaller projects can be quoted individually.

Jumbo Screen Printing
Up to 17″×23″Go big. Covers nearly the entire front or back of a garment — perfect for bold graphics and designs that need room to breathe.
Most shops cap prints at 15"×18". Our jumbo press goes up to 17"×23" — making us one of the only screen printers in the Midwest to offer true oversized printing at production scale.

Ink Charge covers all ink for your prints including standard colors, specialty inks, and custom mixing. Dark garment base counts as an additional screen color. Rush service subject to schedule availability.

Digitizing converts your artwork into a machine stitch file — charged once per design. Reorders and future orders using the same design are never charged again. When multiple digitizing fees apply, only the highest fee is charged.
Example 2 — 100 hats, front + back + left side (3 placements): Front 100 × $8.00 = $800 · Back 100 × $6.40 = $640 (−20%) · Left Side 100 × $6.40 = $640 (−20%) · Digitizing $30 · Total $2,110 + blanks ($21.10/pc)
Example 3 — 50 polos, left chest: Embroidery 50 × $6.00 = $300 · Digitizing $30 · Total $330 + blanks
Example 4 — 100 hoodies, full front + full back: Full Front 100 × $9.00 = $900 · Full Back 100 × $12.80 = $1,280 (−20%) · Digitizing $85 (highest fee) · Total $2,265 + blanks ($22.65/pc)
